About You In one of our supply chain roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre. Job responsibilities include: Own the sourcing strategy and execution for ocean freight and international transportation services at global level Lead supplier negotiations, contracting and commercial terms to deliver cost, cash and supply-continuity targets Build category cost models, market intelligence and should-cost analysis to inform sourcing decisions Manage supplier relationships and performance (scorecards, business reviews, risk mitigation) Negotiate global carrier contracts, rates and capacity commitments; run annual/seasonal tender cycles Monitor freight-market dynamics and manage cost and capacity risk with supply chain and finance To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications/ experience: Preferably 8+ years of strategic sourcing / category management experience Ocean freight / international logistics category experience; strong knowledge of carrier markets and rate structures Strong negotiation, analytical and cost-modelling skills; contract management experience Ability to work in a global matrix organization; fluent English Total Benefits We believe that our employees are our greatest asset,and we're committed to providing them with the resources they need to be successful.
