Position Title: Global Operations Communications & Policy Coordinator Location: Dallas, TX Your Role As part of the Global Operations Learning & Development organization, you will provide execution and administrative support for communications, policy governance, content administration, and operational knowledge management across Global Operations. Reporting to the Change Management & Communications Manager, you will help keep operational information organized, current, accessible, and aligned with established standards while building experience across communications, change management, organizational effectiveness, knowledge management, and business operations. What you’ll do Coordinate routine and ad hoc communications for Global Operations initiatives, programs, and business updates, including intake, prioritization, and fulfillment of lower-complexity requests; escalate complex or sensitive matters to the Manager. Gather and clarify requirements with stakeholders, then draft, edit, format, route for approval, publish, and distribute communications using approved templates, messaging, branding, and audience standards. Maintain distribution lists, monitor shared communication channels, respond to routine inquiries using approved information, and route other questions to the appropriate resource. Maintain communication assets, templates, resource libraries, SharePoint sites, internal channels, content repositories, and knowledge bases; publish approved updates and keep information accurate, accessible, and well organized. Coordinate assigned Operations Guide governance activities with the Manager and policy owners, maintaining inventories of policies, procedures, standards, and guidance documents. Track policy ownership, review schedules, approvals, publication timelines, version control, and document management; support periodic reviews and follow up with owners to keep content current and aligned with operational needs. Coordinate approved publication and archiving under established governance standards, identify outdated, duplicate, or missing documentation, and align next steps with the Manager and relevant stakeholders. Apply established content structure, formatting, and lifecycle practices, and collect stakeholder feedback to improve content quality, usability, and organization. Support communications and policy projects through scheduling, documentation, follow-up, and tracking of action items, milestones, and deliverables; compile routine reports, metrics, and status updates for Manager and leadership review. Contribute to process improvement and operational excellence while taking on increasingly complex communications, Operations Guide governance, small-initiative communication planning, change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and policy rollout support with growing independence under the Manager’s direction. What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Change Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience may be considered. 0–3 years of relevant experience in communications, project coordination, business operations, knowledge management, change support, policy administration, learning and development, or a related field; internships, cooperative education, academic projects, volunteer work, campus leadership, and other applied experience may count. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to organize information clearly for different audiences. Strong organization, attention to detail, administrative coordination, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments, follow established processes, and meet deadlines with guidance as needed. Working proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, or the ability to learn these tools quickly. Developing problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, including the judgment to recognize issues and seek guidance when appropriate. Ability to collaborate within a global team, work with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional or geographically dispersed groups, and complete assigned work with increasing independence. Preferred experience through work, school, internships, or volunteer activities supporting communications, change management, policy administration, governance, organizational effectiveness, or related work. Preferred experience maintaining websites, SharePoint sites, document repositories, knowledge bases, or other content management systems, with familiarity in document control, records organization, content review, policy governance, or content lifecycle concepts. Preferred coursework, certification, or practical exposure in change management, communications planning, project coordination, content management, or business operations.
