Find out more at http://careers.jdepeets.com act as a Subject Matter Expert for HR Technology solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, Qualtrics, and other HR systems collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to identify business needs and support HR technology initiatives manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and governance support and train key users, resolve escalations, and coordinate system-related requests administer user roles, permissions, and access across HR platforms manage data integrations, monitor interfaces, and troubleshoot system issues create and maintain dashboards, reports, surveys, and analytics solutions support system releases, testing activities, process improvements, and change management initiatives develop user documentation and training materials to drive system adoption minimum 4 years of experience in an HR Technology, HRIS, or related role hands-on experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, Qualtrics, SmartRecruiters, or similar platforms experience in system administration, governance, and user support good understanding of HR processes and HR technology landscape strong analytical and problem-solving skills excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ability to work effectively with international teams bachelor's or Master's degree fluent English, both written and spoken We offer support, training and an extensive onboarding program, including trainings focused on gaining knowledge about coffee and tea benefits such as private medical care, English language course, preferential price for Multisport card flexible working hours and hybrid model (3 days from the office) unlimited access to the best coffee & tea Your application at JDE Peet's If you are interested in this career opportunity at JDE Peet's, apply and join us.
