Find out more at http://careers.jdepeets.com THE ROLE You'll be part of Global Finance Operations — a genuinely diverse team that actually helps each other grow, not just says it does As Global Procurement Finance Controller, you're a strategic partner to Procurement, not just someone crunching numbers behind a screen You'll need real finance skills, yes — but just as much, people skills and the drive to actually make things happen - Your work directly protects and grows the impact we create across our value chain, this role matters YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Business Partnering: be the go-to finance voice for Procurement, bringing insights that actually move the needle Forecasting: own the procurement forecast as part of the Annual Operations Plan (AOP): keep it sharp, keep it accurate Performance Management: track and evaluate Procurement's performance against key financial metrics, including Indirect productivity Month-End Closing & Reporting: run the month-end close for procurement and prep the reports that fuel monthly reviews Working Capital Improvement: drive OWC improvement with Procurement through smarter payment term optimization A results-driven, analytical mindset: you take ownership and don't shy away from responsibility Solid experience in finance business partnering, with a clear sense of the value you bring to the table Strong analytical skills: comfortable navigating complex data without losing sight of the bigger picture Confident communicator, able to turn numbers into insights that actually land with people Hands-on with SAP and strong across Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI Comfortable working across diverse, multicultural teams and regions Able to stay focused and deliver when things get fast-paced and pressure kicks in Your application at JDE Peet's If you are interested in this career opportunity at JDE Peet's, apply and join us.
