The Global Sales Customer Support Manager is responsible for leading the sales order bookings & consumables quoting function across Europe and North America. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant execution of global support sales orders, directly enabling timely revenue recognition and on-time customer quotes in line with defined Turnaround Times. This role drives significant organizational impact by enforcing TAT adherence and quality standards at scale, reducing revenue leakage, operational risk, and downstream escalations across global sales and finance teams. This position reports to the Leader of Non-Customer Facing CS and is part of the Global Customer Care located in Bengaluru / Mumbai and will be a remote role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead and scale a global sales order bookings team that directly enables revenue realization and customer satisfaction Drive operational excellence by ensuring strict adherence to TATs, quality standards, and compliance requirements Partner with global Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and Support teams to streamline order execution and reduce friction Develop and mentor talent while building a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement The essential requirements of the job include : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Operations, or a related discipline Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Order Management, or Revenue Operations Minimum 3-5 years of people management experience, leading operational or transaction‑based teams Proven experience managing sales order booking / order‑to‑cash execution for global or multi‑regional sales teams Hands‑on proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) Demonstrated experience operating against defined TATs, SLAs, and quality metrics in a high‑volume environment Experience working with global stakeholders across multiple time zones (Americas, EMEA, APAC) It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Participation in process improvement or transformation initiatives (e.g., automation, standardization, system migrations) Experience managing or supporting high‑volume transactional operations at scale Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools used for operational performance tracking Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
