Your role at a glance The Global Scheduling Analyst supports portfolio and project scheduling activities by delivering schedule analytics, governance oversight, and actionable insights across multiple regions and initiatives. This role promotes standardized scheduling practices, analyzes schedule performance and trends, and provides leadership with clear reporting and data-driven insights to support effective planning, informed decision-making, and successful delivery across the portfolio. In addition, the Global Scheduling Analyst develops and maintains key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure schedule performance and maturity across the portfolio and creates automated dashboards to enhance visibility and reporting efficiency. The role also gathers and analyzes as-built schedule data and establishes a centralized database to support benchmarking, trend analysis, and the continuous improvement of scheduling practices. What we are looking for ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze project schedules to identify trends, risks, and performance issues across the global portfolio. Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to provide cross-functional teams and leadership with clear visibility into schedule performance and trends. Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of global scheduling standards and guidelines. Develop and track schedule performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate schedule health and efficiencies. Collect and analyze as-built schedule data and maintain a centralized scheduling repository to support portfolio benchmarking, historical analysis, and improved scheduling accuracy and optimization. Ensure schedule data quality, consistency, and standardization across projects and regions to enable reliable reporting and analysis. Evaluate existing scheduling processes and procedures and recommend improvements to enhance consistency, efficiency, and standardization across the global portfolio. Serve as the administrator for the Primavera P6 database, ensuring it is organized, standardized, and maintained in alignment with global scheduling practices. Manage user access and permissions and configure system components including global codes, activity codes, calendars, layouts, and other administrative settings. Partner with regional scheduling teams to ensure alignment with global scheduling strategies, standards, and best practices. Perform any other related tasks as required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (MSP) for schedule development, analysis, and management. Proficiency in Power BI, including the ability to integrate and visualize scheduling data from Primavera P6. Familiarity with the Primavera P6 SQL database structure, including P6 tables and data fields used for schedule analysis and reporting. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Understanding of scheduling metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) used to measure schedule performance and efficiency. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with industry scheduling best practices, including schedule governance, standardization, and performance analysis. Ability to design and develop scheduling data models, reporting frameworks, or analytical systems from the ground up. Familiarity with Primavera P6 administration and configuration of system settings and scheduling standards Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to be highly confidential. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Ability to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced work environment. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field. 6+ years of experience in construction scheduling, including schedule development, analysis, and performance reporting. Experience with Data Center construction projects is preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending. Able to hear and speak into a telephone. Close visual work on a computer terminal. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments. Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. WORK CONDITIONS Standard office; Data Center environment with varying temperatures and loud noises; extensive daily usage of workstation or computer. This role is expected to be remote with an occasional need to be on-site and/or construction jobsite. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to travel up to 25%. Must possess a current, valid state-issued driver’s license. Compensation Pay Range "This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device. NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $135,500 - $193,500. All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
