Role Description The Global Sourcing Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Nigeria, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers across multiple regions to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, assessing supplier performance, negotiating contracts and terms, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements. The specialist will also monitor procurement activities, maintain up-to-date supplier records, and support continuous improvement in sourcing strategies and processes. This position requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to align sourcing decisions with SnazzyHR’s business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement expertise, including experience with sourcing processes and procurement best practices.
• Demonstrated ability in supplier evaluation and supplier management to build and maintain effective vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation, with a focus on favorable terms, risk mitigation, and compliance.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, compare supplier performance, and support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multicultural and remote teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are an advantage.
• Experience in global sourcing or international procurement, preferably within technology or HR solutions sectors.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
