Join us as Global Support Specialist As a Global Support – Technical Specialist, you will provide high level, third tier support across the full Sennheiser product ecosystem, ensuring complex issues are resolved quickly and accurately. You will serve as the key link between global support teams and Product Management/Development, driving the investigation of product related incidents, shaping improvements through detailed issue analysis, and strengthening our knowledge base. This role is critical in maintaining exceptional customer experience, elevating support capabilities worldwide, and ensuring new products are fully supported before launch. This position is fully remote but due to business need, the candidate must reside within the Pacific Time Zone. Competencies and Qualifications • Advanced Audio & RF Expertise — analogue/digital audio, DSP, RF systems, and Audio over IP (Dante, AES67, Ravenna, AVB). • Strong Networking & IT Skills — network architecture, IT security, and UC platforms (CCNA or equivalent preferred). • Digital Video & Streaming Knowledge — understanding of digital video fundamentals and streaming technologies. • Systems Integration & Troubleshooting — hands on experience specifying, integrating, and diagnosing Audio, AV, and RF systems. • Programming & API Familiarity — ability to work with control protocols and system APIs. • Market & Competitive Awareness — understanding of partner ecosystems and competitor technologies. • Education & Experience — Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus 5+ years of high level technical support experience.
