We're looking for an experienced General Manager, Pacific Products, to lead a business with full accountability for commercial performance, strategic growth, operations, and people leadership. This is a broad leadership role requiring someone who can balance strategy and execution, build strong customer and channel relationships, and lead a diverse team across sales, marketing, supply chain, finance and operations. What you'll be responsible for Business Leadership Lead the overall performance of Pacific Products business, delivering revenue growth, profitability and operational targets. Drive business productivity, working capital performance and continuous improvement across the organisation. Work closely with regional and functional leaders to identify growth opportunities, improve commercial outcomes and strengthen customer value. Lead the annual operating plan and long-term strategic roadmap for the business. Growth & Commercial Excellence Expand market presence through effective channel strategies and customer engagement. Support growth across Connected Buildings, Fire & Security. Ensure strong alignment between sales, marketing and product strategy to capture new opportunities and drive market share. Strategic & Operational Leadership Shape and execute the five-year growth strategy for the business. Use customer insights and market trends to guide product, channel and service strategies. Drive operational excellence across supply chain, logistics, inventory management, forecasting and customer service. Leadership & Talent Development Build and lead a high-performing team with a people first approach Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Develop future leaders through coaching, succession planning and talent development initiatives. About You You bring: Strong general management and P&L leadership experience. A track record of driving profitable growth and business transformation. Experience leading multifunctional teams in a matrix organisation. Strong commercial acumen across sales, channel management, marketing and operations. The ability to move comfortably between strategy, customer engagement and operational execution. Well-developed stakeholder management and influencing skills. Degree in Engineering and or Business Administration Experience in automation, building technologies, industrial or a related sector would be highly regarded. Why Honeywell?
