Go-To-Market & Brand Specialist

Moonlight is a boutique virtual staffing company connecting US-based executives with world-class remote talent. As we push toward our public launch, we're building our very first dedicated marketing function, and we need someone who can wear multiple hats early on. This role owns lead generation and go-to-market execution while also shaping how Moonlight looks and sounds across every touchpoint. You won't be walking into a fully-built marketing department, you'll be building the engine as we scale. Go-To-Market & Lead Generation Execute outbound and inbound lead generation strategies to build Moonlight's pipeline of executive clients Manage and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels Support content distribution and outreach for founder-led sales efforts Track and report on funnel performance (leads, conversion, cost-per-lead) and iterate based on results Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Operations to refine ideal customer profile and messaging Branding & Design Maintain and evolve Moonlight's visual identity across marketing materials, social media, and sales collateral Design on-brand assets (social graphics, one-pagers, presentation decks, email templates) using tools like Canva Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and visual presentation across all external-facing content Support the design needs of the founder's personal brand initiatives tied to Moonlight 2–4+ years of experience in a marketing generalist, growth marketing, or digital marketing role Demonstrated experience running lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, or paid/organic channels) Working proficiency in design tools (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite or Figma a plus) Strong written English communication skills Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight in a fast-moving startup environment Experience working with US-based clients or companies (remote/virtual staffing background a plus) Experience in B2B services, staffing, or executive support industries Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools (HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar) Basic video editing or short-form content skills (for LinkedIn/social) Prior experience in an early-stage startup where roles were fluid and cross-functional $1,600 USD/monthly Paid time off on all observed US Holidays Health Benefit of up to $600 USD annually, active from month six Why Moonlight Global talent, global standards.
