Go-to-Market Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll design and build the technical systems behind a modernized go-to-market engine, engineering the infrastructure that delivers leads today while architecting the AI-driven, personalized systems that define the next phase of growth. Embedded within the marketing team, you'll apply an engineering mindset to problems typically owned by marketers, building tools and pipelines rather than just running campaigns. This is your opportunity to write code that directly powers go-to-market outcomes, building the technical backbone that reaches a hard-to-reach SMB market through inbound systems, de-anonymization tooling, and personalized outbound infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Build the technical infrastructure behind the marketing engine, engineering solutions that deliver leads today while architecting AI-driven systems for the future.
• Engineer inbound tooling and pipelines to improve lead capture and qualification.
• Develop website de-anonymization systems to identify and surface anonymous prospects.
• Build personalized outbound infrastructure enriched specifically for a hard-to-reach SMB market.
• Work embedded within the marketing team, collaborating closely with growth, marketing ops, and engineering resources.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Background combining engineering and coding skills with business and marketing fundamentals, similar to an industrial engineer with a technical foundation and marketing training.
• Experience or strong interest in applying GenAI to build growth-marketing tooling and systems.
• Comfort building and shipping technical solutions within a marketing context.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
