We are looking for a Go-To-Market team lead to join us Teamleader and Teamleader Focus are in motion and we need someone who can turn all that movement into a clear, confident go-to-market story. For the market, for our Sales and all our other teams. That’s where you come in. You’ll lead a team who you’ll help grow further, besides guiding them through the day-to-day. At the core of the role, you'll drive the positioning and messaging strategies that boost how we perform in the market, backed by a deep understanding of our audience and our product. As a Go-To-Market Manager at Teamleader, you’ll: Lead and develop a team of 2 product marketers & 1 GTM analyst. Own our messaging strategy, crafting brand and product narratives that differentiate us in the market and drive demand for our Teamleader Focus product across every segment. Help the team orchestrate successful product launches. Drive strategic GTM initiatives: market potential & maturity, pricing and packaging, segmentation, targeting and positioning, brand architecture, etc. Balance resources and priorities to maximize business impact. Build strong partnerships with Data, Product, Sales, and Customer Success so our marketing strategies align with product development and revenue goals. You’d be a great fit for this role if you: Bring 7+ years of product marketing experience, including at least 1 year of team leadership experience. Demonstrate proven success owning segmentation, positioning, messaging, pricing & packaging on a strategic level. Have the ability to turn strategy into a story that gets stakeholders and teams excited and motivated. Think analytically and back up your decisions with data. Show excellent stakeholder & project management skills across multi-functional teams. Can develop high-level strategy and execute initiatives if needed. Carry experience in B2B environment; specific SaaS experience is a plus. Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus. Are excited about AI and its possibilities; being a frontrunner is a plus.
