The Role
We're looking for someone to run the internal marketing engine for a high-volume Kitchen & Bath remodeling company — email newsletters, SMS campaigns, VIP Showroom Sales, and nurture sequences across our entire client base.
You'll start as GHL Campaign Coordinator, executing and optimizing the campaigns hands-on. After 3 months, you're promoted to GHL Campaign Manager — owning the full strategy and a small team.
This isn't a "creative" job — it's an operational leadership track. If you'd rather look at a CTR than a font choice, and you think about marketing the way an operator thinks about a P&L, keep reading.
Compensation & Promotion Path
Months 1–3: GHL Campaign Coordinator — $6/hour
Month 3 onward: GHL Campaign Manager — $8/hour
This isn't a cost-of-living bump — it's a title change with real scope behind it, and here's why we structure it this way:
- The first 3 months are a real onboarding into the Coordinator role, not a trial by fire. You're learning our brand, our client base, and our systems while executing campaigns directly. The promotion to Campaign Manager at month 3 is automatic when you've hit the mark, not a "maybe" tied to a renegotiation.
- The promotion comes with real scope, not just a new title. As Campaign Manager, you move from executing campaigns to owning 4–6 simultaneous campaigns end-to-end and leading the coordinators under you.
- This is a remote, output-based role, not an hourly desk job. You're paid weekly, and the rate is benchmarked for a fully remote position rather than an in-office one — no commute, no relocation, work from wherever you're most productive.
- The base rate is one part of the package. Between paid vacation, national holiday bonus, year-end bonus, referral bonus, and contests/spiffs, your total compensation grows well beyond the hourly number — and it grows every year you're with a company that's been stable for over 40 years.
If you're evaluating this against a generic hourly marketing gig, it won't look different. If you're evaluating it as a 90-day path to a remote leadership seat with a guaranteed promotion and real growth behind it, it's a different conversation — and one we'd like to have with you.
You're the Perfect Fit If You
- Are an expert-level GoHighLevel (GHL) user who can build workflows, troubleshoot API and account issues, and manage data hygiene without oversight.
- Prioritize data over aesthetics. You care more about CTR, attribution, leads, and appointments than the font choice.
- Have a "Reverse-Engineering" mindset — you start with the sales goal and build the campaign backward from there.
Key Responsibilities
As GHL Campaign Coordinator (Months 1–3):
- Execute and optimize email, SMS, and nurture campaigns across 4–6 simultaneous initiatives.
- Keep campaign stats (CPA, Lead Count, Playbooks) accurate and current on a visible, rigid M–F routine.
- Use AI tools to scale copy production, analyze campaign sentiment, and automate reporting.
As GHL Campaign Manager (Month 3 onward):
- Full Lifecycle Management — Own the strategy and execution for 4–6 simultaneous internal campaigns.
- Operational Accountability — Ensure all campaign stats and playbooks are updated and ready to report on at any moment.
- Team Leadership — Manage a small team of coordinators and collaborators. Hold them accountable to SOPs; don't "cover" for underperformance — optimize the process instead.
- AI Integration — Continue scaling copy, sentiment analysis, and reporting through AI tools at a team level.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2C Lead Generation (Remodeling, Home Services, or high-volume Agency background preferred).
- Mastery of CRM Logic (GHL, Lead Perfection, or similar).
- Strong mathematical foundation (ability to forecast ROI/CPL on the fly).
- Resilience in high-pressure, data-driven environments.
