Reporting & Feedback : Track sales activities, provide insights on customer preferences, and suggest improvements to product offerings. 🎓 Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Prior experience in phone sales, telesales, or customer service is an advantage. Demonstrated passion for golf — must be an active player, not just a casual range golfer. Skills & Competencies Strong verbal communication skills with clear, professional articulation. Ability to engage customers with confidence and enthusiasm. Proven sales skills: persuasion, negotiation, and closing. Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure. Comfortable working with CRM systems and call-tracking tools.
