We're a Google Ads agency managing ~35 small, stable accounts for local service businesses (dumpster rental, junk removal, demolition). Looking for someone based in Latin America to help optimize existing accounts and set up new ones.

What you'll do:

• Optimize and manage Google Ads accounts (search terms, bidding, keywords, ad copy, performance)
• Set up new Google Ads accounts and campaigns from scratch
• Work within our stack: CallRail, GoHighLevel, Unbounce

What we're looking for:

• Solid hands-on experience running Google Ads accounts (Search, PMax etc.)
• Comfortable with call tracking and landing page platforms (CallRail/GHL/Unbounce a plus)
• Based in Latin America (Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Honduras, etc.)
• Strong written English
• Strong copywriting skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, good communicator
• Takes initiative
