We're hiring a Google Ads Specialist to help scale that success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for dental clinics, ensuring high performance and ROI
• Build targeted PPC strategies that drive high-quality, bookable patient leads
• Handle keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance
• Analyze campaign data and generate regular performance reports
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align ad strategy with broader goals
• Stay current on Google Ads trends and best practices, especially within healthcare and dental
• Use AI tools to automate and streamline daily campaign management
• Manage a portfolio of 30–50 Google Ads accounts within the US dental industry, balancing strategic optimisation with efficient day-to-day execution while maintaining consistently high performance across all accounts
• Leverage AI tools to improve campaign quality, automate repetitive workflows and increase operational efficiency. We encourage candidates who actively build AI-powered workflows, prompts or automation to support their day-to-day work
• Optimise for qualified patient acquisition rather than lead volume, working closely with CRM and sales data to improve lead quality and overall business outcomes
• ​​Minimum 5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience with a primary focus on lead generation. Experience managing e-commerce accounts alone is not sufficient for this role

Requirements

This role requires strict, hands-on Google Ads experience. General paid media experience (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) does not qualify, even at a senior level. Candidates must show a dedicated Google Ads background.

• Minimum 5 years managing Google Ads campaigns specifically (Google Ads only, not other platforms)
• Direct experience advertising to USA-based clients in North American markets
• Demonstrated track record of high-ROI Google Ads campaigns, with the ability to show real results
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to campaign optimization
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google GA4, and related reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once without dropping quality
• Active Google Ads Certifications
• Proficiency in Google Ads Editor
• Experience with CRM and lead-tracking systems
• Working knowledge of the Google Ads API

Ability to showcase lead generation results is required. Candidates should be prepared to walk through past campaigns and speak to specific lead volume, quality, and cost-per-lead outcomes they've driven.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in dental or healthcare marketing is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting performance and strategy directly to clients
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Salary

Determined by the candidate's Google Ads experience, skill level, and location.
