Google & Meta Ads Specialist - Part time & Remote

U6 Media is hiring a Mid to Senior Google & Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing PPC & SEO agency.

This role is part-time (20 hours a week) to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as client workload increases.

About Us

We partner with 30+ clients in dumpster rental, junk removal, and demolition industries. We specialize in high-performing Google Ads and Meta campaigns paired with landing pages and call tracking to drive measurable and scalable results.

The Role

You'll be the expert managing and optimizing Google Ads accounts for our client portfolio. You'll be reporting to the founder. This is a non-client facing role. Your day-to-day includes:

• Building and optimizing Google Search campaigns
• Setting up retargeting PMax strategies and conversion tracking
• Managing performance across CallRail, Unbounce, GoHighLevel, and other tools
• Analyzing data and preparing monthly performance reports
• Making proactive optimization recommendations to improve ROI and reduce CPA
• Testing ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
• Managing a few Meta accounts (Facebook, Instagram) and U6 Media's own presence
• Staying current with Google algorithm updates and platform best practices

What We're Looking For

• Highly experienced with Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display etc.)
• Proven track record optimizing accounts for leads and calls (not just clicks). Most important metrics we look at are lead volume, CPL & Conversion Rate.
• Comfortable with analytics tools: Google Analytics, CallRail, Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager
• Self-managing and proactive — you take ownership of campaign performance
• Strong reporting and communication skills
• Comfortable working with landing page builders)
• Remote work experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification preferred
