Graduate - Network Partnerships (Commercial) At InPost we hire awesome people who aren’t afraid to bring ideas to the table, to make mistakes, and challenge the norm! Win Customers. Grow your career. Make an Impact from day one. At InPost, we’re redefining convenience. From smart lockers to industry leading technology, we’re changing how millions of people send, collect, and receive parcels - and we’re doing it at speed. But our success isn’t just powered by technology, it’s powered by our people. We Champion the Customer by putting their needs at the heart of how we grow our network and build partnerships. From thousands of smart lockers to cutting-edge technology and industry-leading partnerships, we’re making delivery more convenient than ever before. We’re growing at pace, challenging the status quo and building something genuinely different. We Dare to Disrupt by challenging traditional ways of working and looking for smarter ways to grow. Now we’re looking for ambitious graduates to help us take our network even further. This isn’t a graduate programme where you’ll watch from the sidelines. From day one, you’ll be encouraged to Own it, take responsibility and make it happen. If you’re commercially minded, love speaking to people and get excited by the idea of winning new business, this is your opportunity to make an impact from day one. You’ll need to build strong relationships, Champion the Customer and work collaboratively because at InPost, we Win together. Why Join InPost: Joining our Network Partnerships team means becoming part of the commercial engine behind one of Europe’s largest and fastest-growing technology-led parcel locker networks. From your first few weeks, you’ll take ownership of your own portfolio of partners, learn how to identify new opportunities and help bring new locker locations to communities across the UK. You’ll Own it by taking responsibility for your portfolio, spotting opportunities and turning them into real partnerships. Every partnership you build has a visible impact. You’ll be able to walk down the high street and see lockers you’ve helped secure, knowing you’ve played a part in transforming how people receive their parcels. Alongside real responsibility, you’ll receive structured development, mentoring from experienced commercial leaders and a clear pathway into a permanent commercial, sales or account management career. What you’ll be doing: Throughout the programme you’ll develop commercial skills across every stage of the partnership journey, including: Identifying and engaging potential partners including convenience stores, supermarkets and forecourts to grow the InPost network. Dare to Disrupt by looking beyond the obvious opportunities and finding new ways to grow our network. Own it by taking responsibility for your pipeline and using commercial data to prioritise opportunities and drive network growth. Champion the Customer by serving as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns and swiftly resolving any issues that may arise, including occasionally visiting sites where required. Win together by bringing teams together including Operations, Marketing and Logistics, communicating effectively and working towards a shared goal. Gain experience in business case writing and negotiating new contracts and contract renewals. Build and maintain strong partner relationships, from initial contact through to onboarding and ongoing account management. Use data and commercial insight to understand performance, identify opportunities and support decisions. What we need from you: A minimum 2:1 degree, in any discipline. Strong communication and presentation skills. Good Excel skills and confidence working with data including analysing sales, performance and locker utilisation data. Excellent organisation and time management. A genuine interest in commercial sales, partnerships or business development. Confident building and delivering partner-facing pitches and proposals. We'd also love to see: Previous sales, retail or customer-facing experience through part-time work, placements or university societies. Evidence of taking initiative, leading projects or achieving ambitious goals. Experience influencing or negotiating with others, whether through work, university, volunteering or extracurricular activities. Naturally confident and enjoy speaking with new people including building rapport with partners remotely not just face to face. Resilient and motivated by achieving goals. Curious, proactive and always looking for opportunities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Analytical enough to use data to support commercial decisions with strong attention to detail. A strong communicator who can influence, present ideas and build trust with partners. Collaborative and keen to work across multiple teams to deliver results. Because at InPost, we Win together. You don’t need previous experience in the logistics industry. We’re looking for commercial potential, curiosity and the confidence to build relationships and learn quickly. Why InPost? We’re building more than a parcel network - we’re building careers. Over two years you’ll receive: Real ownership from day one. Structured commercial and sales development. Mentoring from experienced leaders. Exposure to major retail partnerships. Opportunities to work across Operations, Marketing and Logistics. A clear pathway into a permanent commercial role. Hands-on experience across business development, negotiation, account management and network growth. The chance to shape the future of one of the UK’s fastest-growing businesses. Our Values At InPost, we're united by the way we work. We: Own it – This is your company – Act like it. Dare to Disrupt – Create, Test, Grow. Champion the Customer - We challenge the norm and start with the customer. Win together - Our teams win - Together. Make it happen – Adapt, learn, move on. If you’re ready to launch your commercial career with a business that’s transforming an industry, we’d love to hear from you. At InPost, we love uniqueness. Our strength is our people.
