We’re looking for Graduates of Architecture with 1–2 years professional experience who are interested in joining our Sydney Studio. You’ll be part of a creative, collaborative team working on projects that shape how people live, learn, travel, and connect – from urban transport hubs and education campuses to health facilities and multi‑residential communities. What we’re looking for A relevant degree or master’s in architecture. 1–2 years of experience (including internships) in an architecture studio environment, ideally with exposure to and interest in various typologies (urban transport, education, health or multi‑residential projects.) Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with Rhino, Enscape or similar design technologies. Strong conceptual design skills and a portfolio that demonstrates your creative thinking and design capabilities. Excellent communication skills, with a willingness to share personal insights and inspirations. A collaborative mindset, respecting and valuing diverse perspectives. Curiosity and open-mindedness in problem-solving and innovation. Commitment to personal and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends. A passion for delivering sustainable, people‑centred design outcomes. Knowledge of the local market and a passion for delivering sustainable, people‑centred design outcomes.
