This position ensures that our principals can focus on high-level advisory while the mechanics of each project remain precise, timely, and well-documented.

What you will do

• Maintain project timelines and internal resource logs for our current mandate with a Dubai-based financial services firm.
• Conduct targeted research into market trends and regulatory changes that affect client portfolios and holding company structures.
• Assist principals in drafting concise briefing notes and governance frameworks that translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Track the status of different workstreams to ensure no detail is overlooked during a client scaling transition.
• Form a preliminary view on operational bottlenecks based on data provided by clients and internal analysis.
• Organize internal documentation and records so that the rationale for every decision is preserved and easily accessible.
• Prepare summary reports that outline project progress and highlight potential risks to the timeline.
• Support the principals in coordinating communication across different stakeholder groups involved in a mandate.

• The ability to identify when a project is drifting from its original scope and call attention to it early.
