We are looking for ambitious and driven graduates to join our team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants. No previous recruitment experience is required as we provide comprehensive training, ongoing support and the opportunity to develop a successful career within the recruitment industry.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in any discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build relationships over the phone and in person.
• A positive, proactive and resilient attitude.
• A strong desire to learn, develop and progress within a career.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organisational and administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively.
• Self-motivation and the ability to take ownership of your work.
• A genuine interest in working with people and developing strong professional relationships.
• Previous customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will receive training and support while learning all aspects of the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively sourcing for healthcare professionals through job boards, networking, our internal database and other platforms.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure retention.
• Creating and managing job advertisements.
• Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, skills and career goals.
• Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for available opportunities.
• Coordinating interviews and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Managing candidate compliance, documentation, pre-employment checks and onboarding.
• Taking ownership of the candidate experience and ensuring candidates receive a high level of service.
• Developing new business opportunities and generating sales leads.
• Working closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide suitable candidates.
• Working towards and achieving weekly and monthly KPIs and targets.
• Developing your knowledge of the healthcare recruitment market and building your own professional network.
