May use statistical software or qualitative coding tools to find patterns in the data. Conducts literature reviews; Reads past studies and books to summarize the current state of a topic. Drafts sections of research papers, grant proposals, or progress reports for funding agencies. Organizes research materials, ensuring safety, and calibrating equipment MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor’s degree is required, and some competitive roles prefer or require a completed Fundamental coursework or experience related to the research being conducted Experience with analysis tools like SAS , SPSS , or MATLAB . Prior experience handling lab equipment or biological samples. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to write reports, assist with grant proposals, and communicate findings.
