Graduate Sensory Panel Leader

Are you an experienced Sensory Panel Leader? Would you like to work with some of the world’s leading FMCG brands to help them develop incredible new products? We are looking for a Senior Sensory Panel Leader to join our Sensory Science Centre in Mumbai! This role is based at our Sensory Science Centre in Mumbai, with the potential to work from home on days where not panel leading or sample preparation is required. Key Responsibilities 🔬 Oversee sensory projects and lead panel sessions Issue weekly planner emails. Keep clients up to date with project progress. Ensure efficient planning, kick off, and preparation of projects. Work closely with internal stakeholders such as the stats team or consumer research teams where relevant. Ensure all projects comply with food safety and hygiene regulations. Accurate hand files are created and implemented. Raise invoices for all sensory project work through the Sensory Manager. 👩‍🏫 Train more junior members of the team to enable them to become an efficient and effective Panel Leader. 👥 To manage any panel technicians and temporary staff. 📋 Organize panel recruitment and run screening sessions. 🎓 Train new panelists. ✅ Address problems as they arise, providing innovative sensory solutions for client's problems and requirements. 📊 Create engaging debriefing reports. 📆 Manage the panel's scheduling, timing, and costing. 🤝 Review panel performance and provide constructive feedback on a regular basis. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise At least 3-5 years of experience in Panel Leading and food preparation. Competent using Microsoft Office. High attention to detail. Strong communication skills, able to work with a range of stakeholders. Strong self-management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, prioritize and adapt.
