As a graduate trainee, your responsibilities include shadowing a mentor during the departmental rotation, gaining hands-on experience, and often receive mentorship to develop skills and participating in learning experiences. To be successful as a graduate trainee, you should be willing to learn about aspects of the company. An outstanding graduate trainee should foster good relationships with all departments and leave a lasting imprint. Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned. Help managers complete daily tasks Understand each department’s daily processes and goals Participate in company’s strategic planning Create and give presentations Requirements: Fresh Graduate (minimum GPA 3.00) Bachelor’s degree in any major but sciences, Math, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Communications preferred.
