Graduate Trainee (Russian Language)

Location: HK/Beijing/Singapore/Central Asian Region | Hybrid

About the Role

As a Management Trainee at LogEase, you will rotate across four departments (6 months each) to gain hands-on experience in:

• B2B technology sales, presales, POCs, and post-sales support
• Channel management and key account strategy
• Data analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Client relationship management and ensuring high-quality service

You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients in Central Asia, Caucasus, and Eastern Europe, supporting business growth and learning from senior leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related or STEM field (about to graduate, recent graduates or early-career professionals)
• Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) and proficiency in Chinese and English
• Relevant internship experience in technology, sales, presales, or consulting is a plus
• Strong learning agility, self-motivation, and interest in building professional relationships
