Blevins Marketing is a fast-moving, collaborative, and good energy team in a fast-growing company. We are searching for a Graphic Artist who thrives on variety, iterates quickly, and brings fresh ideas to the table. You'll work from creative briefs across print and digital, keep every deliverable on-brand, and partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to bring campaigns to life. This role is best suited to someone who is energized by feedback, comfortable experimenting with new tools (including AI-assisted design), and confident translating direction into strong creative - even when that means revising work more than once to get it right. Schedule: Monday–Friday, in-office full-time Change to Hybrid- 4 days in office, one day remote Key Responsibilities Brand & Creative Development Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all creative deliverables. Design marketing collateral including brochures, sell sheets, catalogs, look books, and presentations. Create digital assets for email, website, social media, and digital advertising. Support campaign creative for promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives. Design internal communications materials and occasional signage or packaging. Production & Execution Prepare files for print and digital production with attention to quality and accuracy. Manage versioning, resizing, and adaptation of assets across channels. Organize and maintain digital assets within the company's DAM platform. Work independently from creative briefs while managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure creative files are accurate, complete, and production ready. Collaboration & Partnership Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to understand objectives and intent. Partner with external vendors, printers, and agencies as needed. Function as a creative collaborator - open to direction, feedback, and continuous improvement. Communicate project status, timelines, and potential roadblocks clearly with stakeholders. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of print and digital work (required for consideration). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with working knowledge of print production and pre-press requirements. Experience with complementary tools such as Canva, Figma, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms. Working knowledge of digital marketing channels - CMS platforms (WordPress), email platforms (Mailchimp), and basic HTML/CSS/UI/UX principles. Ability to work independently from a creative brief, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Openness to feedback and revision, and genuine curiosity about new tools and workflows, including AI-assisted design. Experience with motion graphics Preferred experience with EasyCatalog/similar catalog-production platforms.
