Position Overview As a Marketing Intern, you will learn everything it takes to create a hyper-personalized experience for every customer by creating and delivering the right content at the right time. This position allows you to take full responsibility in managing TRG’s social media, blogs, landing pages, emails, workflows, and HubSpot contacts. You will learn to research and plan marketing strategies, write persuasive content for emails and blogs to attract leads, and turn those potential leads into customers. What’s more, you get to analyze the effectiveness of the strategy by generating visual reports. Managing the company website and SEO is another important skill that you will experience during the internship, and it is very crucial if you are following an inbound/ digital marketing career. Key Responsibilities Create compelling visuals that align with our branding and company goals. Design graphics for various platforms including social media, websites, and print materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content. Assist in the design and layout of landing pages with a focus on UX/UI. Create high-quality visual content aligned with branding principles. Qualifications Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to create visuals that effectively communicate the intended message. Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Desirable Skills Experience with other design tools and software is a plus. Understanding of branding principles and how to apply them in design.
