Having experienced exceptional growth over the past four years, we are now looking for a talented individual to join the team as an to support our next stage of growth, we are now looking for a talented individual to join the team as a Graphic Designer. Working within our marketing department you will be responsible for executing design briefs across a variety of channels. This is an exciting opportunity to join scale-up through a significant period of growth. 💪🌍 About the role Create visually compelling assets for social media, email marketing, web, and campaigns Take ownership of small design projects Assist in the design of marketing materials including retail decks Ensure consistent use of brand colours, typography, and visual guidelines across all assets and brand channels Collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life Manage multiple design briefs from different teams and prioritise tasks effectively Work with the manager to organise and track incoming design requests Design compelling layouts that adhere to best practice About you Great comes in lots of different forms, and we’re really open to seeing candidates from a range of backgrounds. Given the nature of this role and what we’ll ask of you, we do believe that the following skills are needed to be able to deliver to a high standard: Circa 2-3 years of experience in a similar Graphic Design role, with experience ideally gained in house at a fast-paced consumer brand, or working closely with DTC clients An impeccable and fierce attention to detail Able to problem-solve basic design and give creative solutions Experience designing for email, social, and web Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) A strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to design consistency Creative thinker with the ability to justify design decisions Able to work independently with minimal supervision Basic problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to feedback You have big ambition, there's huge opportunities for growth in this role for someone with the right attitude.
