As a Proposal Graphic Designer , you'll play a key role in developing visually engaging proposals that help Elior North America win new business. Working closely with Proposal Managers, Business Development Directors, and cross-functional teams, you'll translate technical content into impactful graphics, infographics, presentations, and layouts that clearly communicate our value to prospective clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and enjoy combining creativity with strategy, this is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact. #LK-RK1 #Boost What You'll Be Doing Proposal Design & Visual Storytelling Design strategic proposals and non-RFP response documents that align with Elior North America's brand standards. Develop visually compelling page layouts, graphics, and creative concepts that enhance proposal quality and readability. Partner with Proposal Managers and Business Development Directors (BDDs) to create strategic win-theme graphics throughout the proposal lifecycle. Translate complex technical information into clear, engaging visual communications, including infographics, charts, diagrams, maps, illustrations, and figures. Design and develop PowerPoint presentations for oral proposal presentations and client meetings. Proposal Support & Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional proposal teams to ensure graphics are completed accurately and delivered on schedule. Review RFP requirements to ensure all graphics meet proposal compliance standards. Assist in developing graphics production schedules and provide regular status Where you'll be working: This position is based at our Minneapolis, MN, and follows a hybrid work schedule of three days in office and two days remote.
