NeoPollard Interactive is looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to help shape one of Canada's most exciting digital entertainment brands at a defining moment in the industry: Play Alberta. This role focuses primarily on graphic design, with occasional opportunities to support content management as needed. WHAT YOU WILL DO Design creative assets for email campaigns, websites, the Play Alberta app, paid media, social media, and other marketing initiatives Transform game-provider assets into polished, on-brand creative that reflects Play Alberta's voice, visual identity, and regulatory requirements Download, organize, and prepare creative assets from game providers for use across marketing campaigns Update and maintain our creative asset management system (Airtable), helping keep projects organized and production moving efficiently Collaborate with marketers, designers, and content creators to develop creative solutions and contribute ideas during weekly team meetings Balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a high standard of design quality Help shape the creative direction of one of Canada's fastest-growing digital entertainment brands during a transformative period for Alberta's regulated gaming industry. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE You can manage multiple projects at once, prioritize competing deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment You have a strong eye for design and know when to bring fresh creative thinking—and when consistency within an established brand system is the better solution You take pride in producing polished, accurate work with exceptional attention to detail You're self-motivated and comfortable managing your workload in a remote work environment You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with teammates across marketing, creative, and content You welcome feedback, contribute ideas, and enjoy being part of a collaborative creative process You're adaptable and comfortable shifting priorities as campaigns and business needs evolve WHAT YOU WILL BRING · 2 or more years of graphic design and content management · Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) · Comfortable with the MS Office Suite (Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams) · Previous experience working remotely a plus · Knowledge of HTML5 and content management tools (like dotCMS) a plus EST or MST time zones are preferred WHY WORK AT NPI?
