Agency : Havas Village Prague Job Description : Join POP Prague POP Prague is a production hub within the Havas network, delivering creative adaptation, localization, and production services for leading international brands across digital, social, print, OOH, retail, and emerging channels. We are looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team on an initial 6-month contract and support a growing portfolio of international projects. The Role As part of our design and production team, you will be responsible for adapting and producing campaign assets across multiple formats, languages, and markets while ensuring brand consistency and high quality standards throughout. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys large-scale campaign rollouts, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong production mindset. Key Responsibilities Adapt master creative assets into multiple formats, sizes, and languages Produce artwork for digital, social media, print, OOH, DOOH, and retail channels Execute campaign rollouts across multiple markets while maintaining visual consistency Prepare production-ready artwork according to technical specifications Perform quality control checks before asset delivery Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Designers, DTP Operators, and Production teams Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Follow brand guidelines and internal production best practices Requirements 3+ years of experience in graphic design, production design, or creative adaptation Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Advanced proficiency in Figma Strong understanding of both print and digital production workflows Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Experience handling large volumes of adaptations and versioning work Perfect level of English Nice to Have Experience with automation Experience working in an agency or production environment Experience with multilingual adaptation projects Familiarity with AI-assisted creative production workflows What We're Looking For A strong eye for detail and layout consistency A proactive, solution-oriented attitude Reliability and ownership of deliverables Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure A collaborative team player who enjoys working in an international environment What We Offer Opportunity to work on global brands and international campaigns Friendly and collaborative team environment Exposure to a wide range of creative and production challenges Modern production workflows and tools Potential for longer-term opportunities within the organization Contract Details Full-time employment contract Start date: As soon as possible Potentially extendable based on business needs and workload Contract Type : Temporary Here at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
