About Express Network

Express Network, a California-based legal support services company with over 35 years of industry experience, is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The Graphic Designer will shape how Express Network is seen by the legal market. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can take business objectives and turn them into finished work across campaigns, sales collateral, trade show environments, and corporate materials.

We are building an elevated visual identity in an industry where most brands settle for functional. The work should feel premium that signals quality to a sophisticated legal audience.

The ideal candidate is not a designer waiting on direction. They know how to develop an original concept, defend a recommendation, and hold a brand steady across divisions.

Key Responsibilities

Concept and Creative Development

• Develop original design concepts and present multiple directions with a recommendation and the reasoning behind it.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and design practice independently, and bring ideas forward proactively.
• Translate business objectives and marketing messages into visual work that is clear, persuasive, and appropriate for a legal audience.

Brand and Quality Control

• Maintain and evolve the brand guidelines, template library, and digital asset library across divisions.
• Review marketing materials produced by other departments, vendors, and agencies for brand compliance, and provide constructive feedback before work reaches clients.
• Serve as the editorial and proofreading quality control step on all materials.
• Maintain organized project files, version documentation, and approval records.

Marketing and Sales Enablement

• Design email campaign templates, landing page graphics, social assets, and digital advertising in support of demand generation.
• Produce sales enablement collateral, including service sheets, one pagers RFPs and sales decks.
• Partner with sales and business development to deliver tailored materials that advance their pipeline.
• Build reusable templates so that non-designers can produce on-brand work independently.

Events, Print, and Production

• Create mockups and concept visuals for client events, trade shows, and other branded experiences.
• Design trade show and conference materials, including booth graphics, banners, lightbox panels and signage.
• Manage print production with vendors, from estimate through delivery.
• Design branded merchandise and client gifting.

Corporate and Internal

• Design business cards, letterhead, email signatures, and office environmental graphics across all locations.
• Support internal communications, recruiting materials, and employee-facing design.
• Produce short-form motion graphics, animated social assets, and light video editing for campaigns and events

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional graphic design experience, ideally combining agency and in-house work.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, and Trello.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience preparing print-ready artwork and digital assets.
• BA or BFA in Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Legal industry experience a plus.
