About The Role

Gorilla Commerce is seeking a talented and detail-oriented remote Graphic Designer to join its creative team as a key production partner. This role focuses on producing high-quality visual assets, including image retouching, precise color correction, and graphic development, ensuring consistency across all brand visuals. The ideal candidate will excel in execution, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering accurate, high-volume creative work. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing on-brand assets in Figma, retouching product images in Photoshop, and managing digital assets efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing company that values innovation, quality, and collaboration. The successful candidate will stay updated on emerging design tools and trends, including AI integrations, to enhance creative workflows and output.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma, including design systems, card templates, and file organization
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Experience delivering high-volume creative output with quick turnaround times
• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
• Experience working with shared asset libraries such as Canto, Dropbox, or similar tools
• Working knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Nano Banana)
• Exceptional eye for typography, color accuracy, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Self-directed work style with strong organizational skills, especially in remote settings
• Entry-level to mid-level design experience, demonstrating growth potential and adaptability
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality, on-brand creative assets in Figma, ensuring visual consistency across all product lines
• Create digital product listing assets for platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and direct-to-consumer channels that enhance conversion rates while adhering to brand standards
• Retouch, color correct, and update product imagery in Photoshop, maintaining precise color accuracy and consistency across all digital and retail assets
• Organize and maintain all design files and assets within digital asset management systems like Canto, Dropbox, and Figma, ensuring proper version control and accessibility
• Stay informed on emerging design tools, trends, and technologies, with a focus on integrating AI into the creative workflow to improve efficiency and creativity
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Communicate progress, challenges, and resource needs clearly with the broader design team
• Ensure all assets are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines and product specifications
