Graphic Designer – Digital Marketing

PH-Applicants Preferred | Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that strengthens our brand presence and drives engagement across digital platforms.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Development teams to produce compelling graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and other marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Create visually engaging graphics for websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and digital advertisements.
• Design banners, promotional materials, infographics, icons, presentations, and other marketing assets.
• Perform basic video editing for social media reels, advertisements, and short promotional clips.
• Develop creative materials aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Resize, edit, and optimize graphics for various digital platforms and devices.
• Leverage AI tools and modern design workflows to streamline asset production and creative exploration.

Digital Marketing Support

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Create visual assets that support lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
• Maintain visual consistency across digital marketing channels.
• Prepare design files for web publishing and digital advertising.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Content Writers, Marketing Specialists, and Developers to deliver creative assets on time.
• Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative resources.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on graphic design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging creative tools.
• Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to improve marketing campaigns and visual communications.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing Design, or a related creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, including social media graphics, website visuals, marketing materials, branding, or advertising creatives.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic proficiency in video editing software such as Filmora, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects.
• Experience with Figma is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and branding principles.
• Basic knowledge of web design and preparing graphics for digital platforms.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or freelance experience in digital marketing or creative design.
• Experience creating digital advertisements, email marketing assets, or social media content.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar creative applications.
• Basic video editing and photo editing skills.

• Position Type: Full-time
• Weekends Off: Fixed
