Job Description ABOUT THE JOB Position Title: Graphic Designer Location: Egypt Type: Full-time, Remote ABOUT THE ROLE The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that supports the company’s marketing initiatives across all digital and social platforms. The ideal candidate should be a creative, detail-oriented designer with strong expertise in branding, digital advertising, corporate communications, and AI-assisted design workflows to translate business objectives into impactful visual assets while maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Translate campaign briefs, audience insights, and business objectives into creative visual concepts and effective design solutions. Design high-performing digital advertising assets for Google Ads, including responsive display ads, banners, and campaign variations. Create engaging Meta campaign assets for Facebook and Instagram, including feed posts, stories, carousel ads, Reels covers, and lead generation creatives. Develop corporate and marketing materials, including brochures, white papers, reports, infographics, event collateral, email graphics, and website assets. Design visually engaging and fully editable Microsoft PowerPoint presentations aligned with brand standards. Format Microsoft Word documents, including proposals, reports, templates, forms, and sales collateral, with strong typography and layout consistency. Create and edit professional PDF documents, including interactive and fillable PDFs when required. Utilize AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, image generation, layout exploration, resizing, versioning, and production efficiency while ensuring brand consistency. Develop illustrations, icons, logos, layouts, and image treatments using industry-standard design software. Prepare production-ready artwork in the appropriate dimensions, formats, resolutions, and specifications for digital and print. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, web, sales, and external vendors to deliver projects from concept to completion. Present creative concepts, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and manage revisions efficiently. Maintain organized design files, templates, and brand assets for easy collaboration and future reuse. Coordinate with printers, agencies, and production partners while conducting final quality assurance before release. Ensure all creative work aligns with company branding, quality standards, and project timelines. Requirements Education / Qualification Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field or equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Additional certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, Motion Graphics, UX/UI Design, AI-assisted creative production, or related fields are an advantage. Experience Minimum 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience. Proven experience within a corporate, B2B, agency, or multi-brand environment. Strong portfolio showcasing digital advertising, branding, corporate collateral, presentations, and document formatting. Proven experience designing Google Ads, display banners, and Meta campaign assets across multiple formats and sizes. Experience using AI-powered creative tools to improve ideation, production, and design workflows. Experience preparing artwork for both digital and print production. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro. Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Word design skills, including templates, master slides, editable layouts, and document formatting. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, branding, and bilingual design principles. Skills & Attributes Fluent in Arabic and English, with the ability to create and quality-check bilingual (RTL/LTR) designs. Strong creative thinking with the ability to transform business requirements into compelling visual solutions. Excellent organizational, time management, and project prioritization skills. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished and accurate work. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a fast-paced environment. Comfortable leveraging AI tools responsibly while maintaining originality, confidentiality, and brand integrity.
