Role Description The Graphic Designer role is a full-time, remote position focused on creating visual assets that support digital learning experiences and media projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics and layouts for courses, videos, animations, presentations, and marketing materials, while ensuring consistency with client branding and project goals. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with instructional designers, writers, and developers to translate concepts and scripts into clear, visually engaging designs. The role also involves preparing files for various platforms, refining typography and visual hierarchy for accessibility, and iterating on designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design skills, including experience creating digital and print-ready graphics.
• Proficiency in logo design and branding, with the ability to develop and work within visual identity systems.
• Skilled with PowerPoint
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, especially for digital learning and media content.
• Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent) and basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional, remote teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to detail, strong visual communication skills, and openness to iterative feedback.
• Experience designing for education, e-learning, or health and life science audiences is beneficial.
• Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
