Role Description The Graphic Designer (Sports) will create visually compelling sports-related designs that support branding, campaigns, and social media content for Phixera Marketing and its clients. This full-time role is hybrid, based in Ibadan, with the option to work from home for part of the schedule.

Daily responsibilities include designing graphics and layouts for digital and social channels, developing sports-focused brand assets, and collaborating with marketing and content teams to turn concepts into engaging visuals. The Graphic Designer will adapt designs to multiple formats and platforms, maintain brand consistency across projects, and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and content strategies.

The role also involves preparing files for production, staying current with sports design trends, and managing multiple projects within deadlines.


Qualification

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and social media applications.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine visual identities.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout principles for clear, engaging visual communication.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar).
• Demonstrated portfolio of sports-related or dynamic brand design work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, content, and client stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant education or training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
