We offer a competitive salary range of $102,500 - $156,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development. Responsibilities Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design promotional materials Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards Assist in the design of user interfaces and web layouts Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders Ensure all graphics are optimized for various platforms and devices Stay updated with design trends and best practices Requirements Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.) Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles Excellent attention to detail and creativity Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus
