If you're a Graphic Designer with an exceptional creative eye, a strategic mindset, and a passion for turning blank canvases into high-converting assets, we want you on our team. What You'll Do As a Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate closely with our copywriting team to craft stunning, highly functional emails. We're not looking for outdated layouts—we need a designer who understands modern email aesthetics, user experience, and what drives engagement right now. Now, the nitty gritty! What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience as a Graphic/Visual Designer, ideally in a fast-paced creative agency setting or managing multiple projects and clients Strong foundational design skills with a deep understanding of branding, layout, photography, and high-caliber typography Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Experience designing for e-commerce and performance-driven campaigns Proven ability to quickly context-switch between multiple diverse client accounts without losing momentum or sacrificing quality High attention to detail, with strict standards for design execution, file naming/organization, and presentation Experience with team communication and project management tools (we use Slack and ClickUp!)
