Graphic Designer – Environmental Graphics & Print

Experience Design is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to collaborate with us on a freelance basis.

We specialize in designing innovative learning environments for schools and public institutions, creating spaces where interior design, graphics, and pedagogy come together.

If you're passionate about designing graphics that become part of the architecture—not just something hanging on the wall—we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Design large-scale wall graphics, murals, wayfinding systems, and environmental branding

• Create print-ready files for production and installation

• Translate design concepts into impactful spatial experiences

• Collaborate with our interior designers throughout the design process

We're looking for someone with:

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience

• Proven experience in environmental graphics, wall design, signage, or large-format print

• Excellent Adobe Illustrator skills

• Experience with AI design tools

• Figma is a plus

• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, and production requirements

• Great communication skills and the ability to work independently
