Graphic Designer Freelance or Part-Time

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled person to fill the Graphic Designer part-time or freelance role. This person must be a team player, passionate about design, and always learning. This role involves a wide range of design tasks, from UX-focused web visuals to a variety of print media. Working closely with our Senior Graphic Designer, the Graphic Designer freelance or part-time position collaborates closely with account managers, developers, and agency partners to create cohesive and impactful designs.

Candidates should be U.S. based, and preferably located in the Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Digital design: websites, landing pages, ebooks, email, social media, blog images, and more.
• Print media: brochures, tradeshow materials, and more.
• Collaborate with the CReative Director to align all designs with agency and client brand standards.
• Work alongside account managers and developers to ensure design specifications are met and visually communicate intended messages.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with the design and project teams.
• Manage projects from concept through completion.
• Flexibility to switch from one project to another.
• Ensure consistent availability for weekly meetings and adhere to set schedules for project timelines.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio in both web and print design for B2B companies in a variety of industries.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience working in HubSpot CMS, WordPress, Shopify, and/or Divy, a plus.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design coding languages, a plus.
• Proficiency in print media and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a remote team.
• Excellent time management skills; able to manage part-time hours effectively with availability for necessary meetings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to high-quality output and attention to detail.
