Metro Global Solution Center (MGSC) is internal solution partner for METRO, a €29.8 Billion international wholesaler with operations in 31 countries through 661 stores & a team of 93,000 people globally. Metro operates in a further 10 countries with its Food Service Distribution (FSD) business and it is thus active in a total of 34 countries. MGSC, location wise is present in Pune (India), Düsseldorf (Germany) and Szczecin (Poland). We provide IT & Business operations support to 31 countries, speak 24+ languages and process over 18,000 transactions a day. Website: https://www.metro-gsc.in Company Size: 600-650 Headquarters: Pune, Maharashtra, India Type: Privately Held Inception: 2011 Design visually impactful graphics, campaign assets, social media creatives, presentations, and marketing collaterals. Use GenAI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Runway, Canva AI, Freepik AI) to generate and enhance images, layouts, and creative variations. Create lightweight motion graphics, short-form videos, animations, and reels using both standard and AI-based video tools. Visualize and design screens and layouts aligned with brand and digital experience guidelines. Develop and present mockups/storyboards for stakeholders, and convert approved concepts into final deliverables. Support localization and adaptation of global assets for regional markets. Maintain brand consistency while introducing new design trends, formats, and AI-assisted creative possibilities. Review creative outputs to ensure high-quality design, brand alignment, and accuracy — applying a strong visual QA mindset. Build design systems, templates, and automated workflows to reduce turnaround time and improve scalability. Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and automation teams on integrated campaigns. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Animation, Multimedia, or related field 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital design — including campaign assets, social media content, and marketing visuals Strong working experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro; InDesign optional) Exposure to GenAI design tools for image/video creation (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Google Vertex, Runway, MidJourney, Canva AI, Freepik AI) Experience with motion graphics and short-form video content for digital platforms Good understanding of production requirements across digital channels (formats, screen sizes, optimization) Strong aesthetic sense and attention to visual detail Creative attitude with willingness to explore emerging tools and improve workflows Strong communication and time-management skills Must-Have Skills & Experience Proactive learner exploring GenAI and emerging creative tools to enhance workflows Effective communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders Experience in digital media design and brand/campaign systems Flexible, adaptable, and open to feedback — including support for rotational shifts during critical phases Preferred / Nice-to-Have Exposure to motion graphics , short-form videos, animations, and AI-assisted video tools Understanding of design automation workflows and templates
