Graphic Designer (m/w/d)

As a Graphic Designer at Customlytics, you work closely with our different teams to design and execute new creatives and visual assets for our client’s mobile apps. You will work on a variety of tasks, such as creating assets for the app stores (app icons, screenshots, feature graphics, AI videos), as well as content for multiple social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram ads). Your expertise and experience will support Junior Designers through feedback and collaboration, while ensuring productivity and providing inspiration when working with the Design Lead. This position is primarily onsite, with 4 days a week in our Berlin office and the option to work remotely on Fridays. Your mission You produce creatives for a number of platforms such as the app stores, campaigns and promotional assets for socials (Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit, Snapchat, etc. ) and web, banners, emails and Push Notifications. You collaborate with the entire Customlytics team, including App Marketing Consultants, Paid Campaign Specialists, ASO Specialists, and mCM Specialists to plan and execute design solutions for mobile apps, always meeting our clients’ individual needs. You support internal company design and marketing activities in order to build brand awareness (promotional materials, marketing collateral, social media assets, presentations & print products; brand guidelines). You will help implement new standards and processes in our design department. Your profile You have substantial work experience in the field of design with a focus on digital design. Bonus points if you have designed for mobile apps before and have advanced motion design skills and AI Video knowledge. You have experience with programs like Figma, Sketch & Adobe XD. You have experience in using the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, & AfterEffects and are familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and WordPress/Web Design/HTML. You have good attention to detail and an eye for layout and typography. You work well in a team as well as independently and take full responsibility for your work. You are able to come up with creative campaign concepts that are eye-catching, tell a story and promote our clients' apps in the best way.
