We're Hiring: Graphic Designer- Packaging & Digital Design (Remote)

Are you a creative designer with a passion for packaging design and digital marketing? We're looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our growing team and help bring premium consumer products to life.

What You'll Do

Packaging Design

• Design production-ready packaging for boxes, labels, product containers, and inserts
• Prepare print-ready files with ingredient lists, barcodes, warning labels, and regulatory information
• Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturers to finalize packaging
• Understand print production processes, including embossing, foil stamping, Spot UV, matte/gloss finishes, and other specialty printing techniques

Digital Design

• Create email marketing banners
• Design social media graphics
• Produce Amazon listing images
• Develop website visuals and promotional creatives
• Create mood boards and creative concepts for product launches

Creative Responsibilities

• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Present multiple design concepts before final production
• Maintain strong brand consistency across all assets
• Utilize AI tools for ideation while ensuring final outputs are polished, professional, and original

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience

Strong experience in packaging design (required)

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Strong knowledge of print production and packaging preparation

Excellent attention to detail and file organization

Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Preferred Experience

• Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, food, or consumer packaged goods
• FDA-regulated or compliance-heavy packaging
• Amazon product imagery
• Figma
• Working directly with manufacturers and print vendors

Portfolio Requirements

Your portfolio should include:

• Packaging design projects
• Digital marketing assets
• Production-ready print files
• Consumer goods or beauty-related work (preferred)
