What we're looking for
We're partnering with a new US-based family sleep and wellness brand building the warm, trusted name households reach for at bedtime. Sleep shapes how a whole family feels the next day, yet almost every product on the market is built for one person; this brand is carving out the white space of family sleep and wellness with a direct-to-consumer, subscription-first approach. As their first design hire, you'll have real ownership and the chance to shape the brand's visual identity from its very first chapter. The look is cozy, grown-up, and playful (warm, hand-drawn, and editorial, the deliberate opposite of clinical).

What You'll Be Doing

• Focus primarily on designing and refining compelling static ad assets across social media and display ads.
• Extend that work into email campaigns, landing pages, and web design (anything extra you can take on is a big plus).
• Develop unexpected, on-brand creative solutions while staying true to the brand's design aesthetic and style guide.
• Apply digital best practices to engage users and keep pushing the design work forward.
• Own the upload and quality assurance of landing pages and emails for smooth deployment.
• Help define and maintain a consistent brand image across every platform and touchpoint.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on graphic design experience, ideally for an e-commerce brand.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
• A strong eye for visual storytelling, typography, layout, form, and color in digital assets.
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile user experience best practices.
• Experience with email design.
• A solid foundation in content creation and social media.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with basic video editing and animated GIFs.
• Experience working within an established brand style guide.
• Web design experience.
