Job Summary: The Graphic Designer or Senior Graphic Designer will utilize their creativity and understanding of our marketing strategy to drive more complex design projects with little oversight or direction. This position will contribute to team decision-making and help define creative processes. Primary Responsibilities: Develop creative design solutions to business challenges Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative solutions that align with brand strategy and marketing objectives Play a role in defining the visual identity of the brand, aligning creative assets with strategic marketing objectives, and ensuring consistency across all channels Effectively communicate complex design concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders Help lead various marketing and design initiatives, like conferences and booths, webinars, event planning, and client projects Keep status of tasks on the workload management site up to date and proactively update stakeholders on project progress and potential issues Actively participate and occasionally lead team discussions and brainstorming sessions Provide constructive feedback and guidance to other team members while incorporating insights from feedback received to improve design solutions Perform market research to support marketing and branding initiatives, incorporating insights from marketing data to improve design solutions Other duties assigned Requirements: 3 or more years of relevant experience Strong skills in print and digital design Advanced knowledge and skills in Adobe Creative Suite applications – particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Ability to learn Raftelis branding and design standards and the production process for proposals and other materials Capability with digital tools (web design, CMS, video, social media, and email marketing) Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience Strong writing and editing skills Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring sufficient time for review and updates for your work Understanding of the role of design in enhancing brand perception and driving sales Strong sense of accountability for the success of design projects *Please include a copy of your portfolio with your application. Compensation depends on education and experience.
