GRC Solutions Architect

About the Role Resiliv is delivering enterprise-scale GRC transformation projects using leading platforms such as LogicGate. We are seeking a GRC Solutions Architect to design and translate business, risk, and compliance requirements into scalable GRC platform solutions. This is a high-impact role responsible for bridging business advisory, compliance frameworks, and technical implementation into a working enterprise-grade GRC system. You will play a central role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex GRC implementations for global clients. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture Design end-to-end GRC solutions using LogicGate or equivalent platforms Translate business, risk, and compliance requirements into system workflows Define data models, control frameworks, and system architecture Ensure scalability, security, and regulatory alignment of solutions Business & Compliance Mapping Map regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.) into system design Work with GRC consultants to understand client requirements Convert governance and risk models into platform configurations Implementation Support Guide implementation teams on workflow configuration Validate system design during build and testing phases Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and solution validation Ensure successful deployment of GRC modules Stakeholder Collaboration Work with clients, consultants, and technical teams Act as the bridge between business requirements and technical delivery Provide solution walkthroughs and design documentation Quality & Governance Ensure adherence to best practices in GRC system design Maintain documentation of architecture and solution frameworks Support continuous improvement of implementation methodology Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Delivery & Solution Quality 95%+ accuracy in translating requirements into system design Zero critical design defects during implementation Successful delivery of solution architecture within agreed timelines Implementation Success On-time completion of GRC solution design phases Successful deployment of configured GRC modules Reduced rework during implementation phase (target <10%) Client & Stakeholder Satisfaction High client satisfaction scores on solution design (≥90%) Positive feedback from implementation and advisory teams Minimal escalation of design-related issues Efficiency & Impact Reduction in implementation cycle time through clear design Improved workflow efficiency and automation in deployed solutions Contribution to reusable solution templates and frameworks Requirements 5–10 years of experience in GRC, risk, compliance, or enterprise systems Experience in GRC platforms (LogicGate, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream, etc.) Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks Experience in solution architecture or systems design roles Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, or similar frameworks Strong analytical and systems thinking capability Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams Preferred Experience Experience in GRC consulting or implementation projects Background in enterprise software implementation Experience in SaaS or platform-based solution delivery Exposure to multi-country or enterprise clients Understanding of APIs, integrations, or data modeling Application Method Interested candidates should submit: Updated CV Brief summary of relevant GRC or implementation experience Examples of systems or platforms previously implemented or designed Description of involvement in GRC or compliance projects Why Join Resiliv Work on enterprise-scale GRC transformation projects Exposure to global clients and modern GRC platforms Opportunity to shape GRC implementation methodology High-impact role with direct influence on project success Fast-growing global technology and services organization Opportunity to work across advisory, technology, and implementation domains
