The Group Art Supervisor is responsible for efficiently managing the daily operations of the art function and related data for their accounts with their copy partner; they are a brand leader who solves strategic and creative issues with the client while enhancing the client's confidence in the agency. As a people manager the Group Art Supervisor manages and mentors a team of creatives that report to them and as needed on projects while simultaneously managing a heavy workload. In this role, the Group Art Supervisor must have an advanced understanding of Klick Health departmental procedures such as routing, print production, protocols, usage rights of stock, images for layout, as well as other internal procedures and solutions practiced by our creative craft. What You'll Do Lead and supervise a team of art directors and designers, providing creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to elevate the quality of visual output. Own the visual concept and art direction across multiple client accounts, ensuring work is on-brand, strategically sound, and creatively distinctive. Partner with copy supervisors, strategists, and account leads to develop integrated creative concepts from brief through final delivery. Manage creative workload and resource allocation across the team, balancing quality, timelines, and individual development goals. Champion creative excellence and stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging formats to continuously push the standard of Klick's visual work. Requirements: 5 - 8 years experience leading art direction for pharmaceutical campaigns across multiple brands and therapeutic areas Experience overseeing junior creatives by providing direction, feedback, and opportunities for growth throughout the creative process Review work for brand consistency, layout accuracy, and strategic alignment, and present design solutions to internal and client stakeholders Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, budget awareness, and adherence to timelines Build strong relationships with clients and internal partners, contributing creative leadership and proactive problem-solving Solid understanding of core methodologies, tools, and industry practices Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive outcomes in collaborative settings Desired: Exposure to pharmaceutical therapeutic areas and comfort interpreting clinical or scientific content for creative development Curiosity about emerging industry trends and how new approaches and technologies can enhance team capabilities Experience building inclusive team cultures and developing team members through coaching and mentorship Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done Please include a portfolio, website, or samples of your work and any passwords that are required.
