About the Role Group Product Managers in Growth are strategic thinkers and dedicated problem-solvers who lead and mentor a team of Product Managers to leverage big data, agile principles, and customer insights to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention at scale. You can zoom out to a 10,000-ft view while also diving into details when needed Basic Qualifications: At least 7+ years of Product Management experience At least 5+ years of people leadership experience, specifically leading Product Managers Experience creating and delivering customer centric, data-driven product vision and strategy A track record of delivering quantifiable growth results with significant business and customer impacts Preferred Qualifications: Direct experience leading a growth, optimization, or experimentation Product team Experience in financial services, technology or operations Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field Working at Capital One. The expected annual salary range for this position is $184,000-$210,000. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es).
