At TDC NET, we are committed to drive the change in creating a customer-centric green tech future. Our Group Strategy team is part of our Strategy, Transformation, Sustainability & Procurement (STSP) organization which plays a key role in the company’s transformation, providing strategic support and promoting leadership excellence.
Our Group Strategy team is a tight-knit group of experienced senior professionals. We value collaboration, a growth mindset and continuous focus on skill development. The team's mission is to lead TDC NET's transformation design and implement key strategic projects. Our biggest collaborators include the Board, CEO, C-level executives, and other senior leaders across the organization.
About The Job
We are looking for a motivated and curious student assistant to support our team alongside your studies. If you are motivated to learn how strategy is made in practice, enjoy working with experienced colleagues and senior leaders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this might be the perfect role for you. Become a part of our team and contribute with your fresh perspective and analytical skills! The role is mostly onsite at our headquarters in Copenhagen, so you get the full benefit of working closely with the team – and it is a great starting point for a future career in strategy or management consulting.
Purpose Of The Role
The overall mission of the team is to lead and support key strategic projects across the organization. As student assistant, you will support the team on specific, well-defined tasks within these projects – primarily analysis, research and preparation of management material.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project teams with specific tasks and deliverables, under guidance from a project lead.
- Carry out ad-hoc analyses and desk research, including input to business cases and prioritization of initiatives.
- Collect and structure data from internal and external sources and keep trackers and overviews up to date.
- Help prepare and quality-check presentations and materials for management, the Board and C-level executives.
- Take notes and follow up on actions from meetings and workshops.
- Support the team with practical coordination and ongoing improvement of our ways of working.
By the end of the first three months, you are expected to have developed a solid understanding of our mission, culture, strategy and transformation journey, and to be comfortable navigating the team's ways of working. You will also be expected to take ownership of your own tasks, ask for input when needed, and contribute reliably to the team's priorities alongside your studies. Along the way, you will build the toolkit – structured problem solving, executive communication and stakeholder handling – that prepares you for a future role in strategy or consulting.
"TDC NET is a place where you learn the telco infrastructure that Denmark runs on — and you do it alongside colleagues who genuinely want you to succeed."
